"I have 4 year old shed with two 14 ft garage doors. The weather stripping on the doors wore out. I called and your company came to look at it and stated it needed to be replaced. I assumed it would be covered by a warranty. I received a bill for $314.00. I called the company to inquire about this. I was told it was not covered by warranty and that this was not unusual, "they just don't make things like they used to". I feel that is a lame excuse as I have 3 other garages with seals that have lasted 15 years or more. These were poor quality and should have been replaced under warranty."
