"Called to get an estimate on a few projects. Said they would come out in a few days, a week went by, no contact. Called them again, had no record of my call before. Had them come for an estimate that weekend. Never gave me an estimate after they came out. Called them about 15 times over the next 3 weeks to get them to schedule the repair. But no answer and if they did, they would say they needed to look at the schedule and would get back to me. Never got back to me. UPDATE Was finally able to make contact after posting this review. Said they couldn't do it because of covid. I would have been fine with this if they had told me this from the begining instead of giving me the run around. Very unprofessional."
