"Came out for an estimate and at first I was happy. I asked for references through email and by phone over the course of several days and was straight up ignored. Why would I trust someone to repair my home that let's simple customer communication fall through the cracks? I took my business elsewhere."

"Well these reviews are not correct. I love how people write things and think that people should not know the truth. I have been doing this for a long time, and stick by my word. First neitzle did not get paid because they were rude to the customer and did horrible work, i had to have another person come in and fix it. 2nd buddy is my cousin and came to town with nothing and I tried to help him by letting work with me, I picked him up every day drove him around and even paid for a motel for him to stay at. He said he had nothing and me and my family tried to help him but he lied about everything, and I paid him accordingly. He spent more time chasing his dog around then working, and he never met any of my customers he has no idea about my business. Come to find out he has a drug problem, I hope gets past it so I let him go. And the last complaint is from a tenant that I did some work at their house for the property owners who I have done work for for years and are very happy with everything i do. These tenants look for anything to complain about. You can tell by his language. He also stated to me does not like white people so if that tells you any thing. I am sorry that I have to go on like this but I take pride in all I do and keep my word but sometimes you run into people that can not be reasoned with. I guess after 20 years 3 Unreasonable people its bound to happen."

"Wouldn't recommend this company he cuts corners does mediocre work and doesn't pay his bills he lies as best he can to keep you from asking for payment, he lies to home owners about finish time of jobs fully knowing he can't complete jobs in that time, stay away from this company. John peaker is not a guy you want working on your home or property"

"Jps remodeling pays bills to those who do good work and not to company's like neitzels who is rude to homeowner and does a horrible job, and jps has to get another reputable company to fix neitzels work."
