"Dear Dunkin, Please hire people that can nicely put a lid on the cups. Over a year ago, I thought it was a good idea to switch the cups from styrofoam to paper, but the coffee leaks down the side with every sip when the lids are smashed on. This has happened probably 10-20 times before I decided to write this review. Smashed cups don’t work. Please take the extra 5 seconds and put it on nicely. Also, don’t put the sipping spot on the cup crease. I’m hoping for nicely placed lids and unsmashed cups in 2024! We’ve been good through the remodel and closed lobby. Please care for us coffee drinking customers. Thanks! Happy Holidays."
