"I arrived 45min before closing. Well apparently they shut propane down 1hour before closing. I looked every where for a sign to indicate that and nothing posted nor on the site that I can easily see."

"Seemed as if all the workers were on meth. Super rude to say the least. I stood at the front counter for at least 10 minutes hitting the service bell before someone came from the garage to help me with a reservation which they promptly messed up. I'd say to stay away from this location if at all possible. But most people won't because just like me... we needed our rental truck"

"I booked my reservation a week in advance for a trailer. On the day of pickup (5/11), I was made aware by my mechanic that my towing vehicle would not be available until sometime on 5/12. I called and spoke with the manager of this location several hours prior to pickup, who said they would adjust my pickup time to the morning of 5/13. My pickup was placed for 5/12 instead, and was canceled without giving me any notice. I went to this location in person to get help with securing another trailer, and was advised the nearest option was in *Pella* for more than 3 times the cost. I'm rating two stars because the manager was very nice in attempting to assist me, but ultimately I'm rating this low because I walked away without a trailer and now have to move cross-country some other way."
