"Horrible, terrible company. They have caused me anxiety, fear, and headaches when trying to hire a payroll company. Paychex have robbed our checking account fraudulently and will not resolve the issue within their departments with us. The way they operate is insane & will cause your business to fail in your hiring process. We are a small business that was looking to hire more people but Paychex made that process difficult for us. Seriously thinking of taking them to court for fraud and discrimination against small minority businesses. No morals at all! How can you stay in business & treat customers poorly? Stop robbing businesses!!!!!"

"I'm mad at myself for not looking at reviews first, and I also don't know if I can possibly list out all of the issues in a single review. Payroll issues every payroll cycle. My 13 different "single points of contact" were difficult to get ahold of at best, and seemingly did not work during normal business hours. They couldn't prove that they actually made the required tax payments. Worst of all, they nearly signed me up with a self funded insurance plan without actually explaining that it was self funded. Run."

"These reviews are spot on. I was just recently employed by a company who uses paychex and I was missing my first paycheck. So when I called to ask a few simple questions about a timeline of when I might get the check, I was given a very disrespectful attitude and no answers. She wouldn’t even let me finish my questions before giving me a rude and unhelpful answer."

"It is simple, look elsewhere. There are other organizations that value you as a client and bring value. Clearly, this organization lacks leadership. Run! They can't even handle the basics.....like answering the phone."

"My company uses this service to pay us. It is trash. I didn't recieve my paycheck through the mail. The reason I never got direct deposit was because Aureon (the previous name of Oasis) was unable to set up my direct deposit after 6 months of trying. After calling Oasis on Friday they contacted our HR rep and told me they sent my check and they had talked to me. LIES!! Me and my HR rep call the company and they tell us they didn't send paper checks out last week. Here I am with bills needing to be paid and some dummy at Oasis never verified that the checks were sent out. I would not recommend them as someone who was on the receiving end of their incompetence."
