"We made an ear piercing appointment online for 10 AM which is when Google maps said the store would be open. We got confirmation texts and email saying that our appointment was indeed at 10 AM. When we showed up at 10 it was still closed — we waited for about 20 minutes before going to a different place to get my daughter’s ears pierced. There was nothing posted on the door about why they were closed, and as far as I am aware it was not a holiday. The other shops in the mall were open."

"If you have to go to the mall and you need some relatively inexpensive jewelry to look nice Claire's is okay the lady behind the counter with pretty nice very straightforward it's mostly for teenage girls but my daughter's enjoyed it and got some stuff with their gift card so if you have young girls in your family be a place to consider"
