He was patient, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to make sure that what I ended up with was going to look great (including finding a great pocket square to complement my date's dress). "Going out of business? Closing down? No idea, but they can't be doing well. Been a customer for a decade now, and used to order all my suits, custom tailored here. Went in today, on father's day of all days, to return some suspenders and a bowtie. Had the receipt, paid in cash a whole 80 bucks, and got told they can't return them. They said it was because they didn't have enough cash in the drawer... At 3pm. Said corporate policy is to send a check. Making it harder for customers to return things, and now they are down to one smaller location, seems like the company is struggling. Seems weird I have to call the store every day and say "How much cash do you have in your register?" until they can complete my return."

"My fiance and I were completely ignored and had to ask for help to get any attention at all. The masked gentlemen with long hair was helpful and polite but he had other customers he was busy with. Two other gentlemen (well dressed, short hair) acted like they had better things to do than help customers. We actually had a suit we liked but were so put off by those two that seemed to busy with computer or phone work to help customers in the store. These two gentlemen did not once acknowledge our presence. Will not be back nor recommend."

"Jos. A Banks in Village Pointe is hands down my favorite store. The premade suits are top notch, there is a wide variety to meet the needs of anyone who needs a suit. If you need a suit but don't want to pay a lot they have you covered, if money is not a concern they have you covered. Naturally quality does vary with the price be that as it may you receive quality regardless of the price. Better yet are the custom tailor made suits, the tailor does fabulous work. I've purchased a lot from them from suits, dress shirts, ties, shoes scarves, fedora hats and ear muffs... All great quality. The best part is the staff, they make everything happen and they personable. Thank you to all the staff who really goes the distance to assist me when I'm in the store. (The photos were my latest purchase, 3 different priced suits and a pair of brown loafers)"
