"Extremely frustrated by improper communication and wasted time and money on gas. My father had a pulmonary embolism and the pharmacy in my hometown did not carry anti-embolism compression stockings, so I called Topko. They closed in 20 minutes from my phone call and the drive to Denison is 30 minutes. The representative of Topko said, "no worries, if you head this way we'll wait". I said "okay, I will leave right away", which I did. I arrived at 5:41 p.m. (they close at 5:30 p.m. on Fridays). I arrived and the DOOR WAS LOCKED and NO ONE WAS THERE. I called their number just in case they locked up and waited, looked around. No one. I understand it being a Friday, but what customer service is telling someone to drive 30 minutes because you'll stay open, then deciding to leave without at least calling back? TERRIBLE experience."
