"I have call them for service to change my water filter it’s been nearly two weeks, No one came. I call them to ever 3-4 day to notice same answer someone will be there in 3-4 business days. Really frustrated."

"I just want to say thank you. As someone struggling with health issues and a fixed budget, these guys are amazing and very understanding of my situation. Kudos. Thanks for saving me a lot of work lugging water home from the store. Culligan's water cooler rentals and the fantastic quality of water are a Godsend to be. Also, it's very affordable, if i can afford their service, easily, on a fixed income, anyone can. I highly recommend this service for anyone that buys cases of bottled water at the store every month or every week. Save your back and get Culligan. For the record they didn't pay me to say all of that. I'm just grateful they are there day in day out ready to serve my needs with zero effort on my part, and that is invaluable. Did i mention I'm the guy that will spend 3 bucks for a bottle of Voss water because i can taste the difference, and Culligan's water is just as good if not better than Voss or Figi. Believe it, or not, i wouldn't be able to tell the difference between Voss and Culligan. Anyway i couldn't go on and on. But Go get Culligan. You'll be glad you did. Ps I never write product reviews but for this I figured I needed to say something because it's been invaluable to me to always have piping hot water tap, hot enough to make rice by just putting hot water on it and covering it wait 15 minutes and your rice is cooked perfect. So anyway I just wanted to add that I also have a hot water tap and a cold water tap and both have been amazing I realize I have that at my sink but it's not bottled water It's tap water and in Spencer the water tastes great except I live on the far south end of town and our water down here does not taste so great. You're so generally I don't use tap water for anything except showering and washing clothes and dishes. So I'm going to stop now cuz like I said I could go on and on all day about how useful it is to have that color good cooler in my kitchen. I use it multiple times every single day. So go get one that's an order from Captain Water. ;)"
