"I ordered custom T-shirts and two embroidered hats for Christmas presents. I was told everything would be ready by Christmas. When I called to check on the order, was told the hats would not in fact be ready by Christmas but would be done the week after Christmas. In the middle of January I called to ask the status. I was told I would get a call back the next day. After not hearing for 10 days, I stopped in and spoke with the owner. He assured me the problem would be immediately resolved and I would get a call back the next week. It is now 2 weeks later and I have had no response. I am planning on going in tomorrow and asking for refund. I feel like I have been patient, have not been nagging, and have given them several opportunities to rectify this situation. I am beyond disappointed in how their business operates. Needless to say, I will never use their services again and this upsets me as I was initially excited, but my father still has not received his Christmas present and this is now February."

"The service was friendly and fast. The green in my logo did not print as opaquely over a black shirt as I would have wanted. Therefore, the shirts have a weathered appearance to them, but that isn't what i was looking for. Otherwise, the printing had a sharp and accurate quality to it."

Within two hours the owner called me and asked about my concern and then said he would personally make sure it was resolved. Within 24 hours my new product was delivered to me. Wonderful customer service and my apparel is so cozy!"

"I am sad to write this as I always try to support local before going elsewhere. I have been trying to get custom shirts and hats done through them for a long time now At first their communication was phenomenal. Quick reply, quick turn around on samples, etc… sure they made some silly mistakes at first, but ok whatever. I used to do graphic design for living, their fees to “digitize” stuff is outrageous, their sample apparel charges are ridiculous but I paid it. Fast forward to current, their communication plum lacks…after submitting approval for a hat print sample, a month passed by, I followed up, then it was supposed to be dropped in the mail…. It didn’t get sent. I followed up again…. When it finally was sent it was completely wrong, things weren’t centered or the right color, they didn’t even bother to check if it was right before sending it. I received a measly $25 credit. Their immediate response was to blame the embroidery place, which is fine except they received the hat back in house before shipping. They should have QA’d it before sending out! Here I am another few weeks from last communication and still no hat, no idea when or IF I’ll even receive it. I am a patient and understanding person. However, at this point I am simply being taken advantage of. Go elsewhere folks. There are lots of online places that offer way better service and turn around time, much better rates. Find a place that truly cares and enjoys their work. Below is the back of my $70 hat. Wrong color, not centered like agreed and a copy of the itemized invoice for transparency. Today makes two months since the day I paid and nothing."
