"It start out good but now that judge me of the past. I rented the ground that are now refuseing to do business with we do to the last renters did not pay them"
"Ordered litter early summer, just got done a few weeks ago. Service is terrible but unfortunately they seem to be the only ones who sell litter. Hope they fix their operations if I ever order again."
"Bought and paid for seed from them this spring. After planting we had extra so called up the salesman to return it. This was the end of May. He comes out picks up the seed and hauls it back. Says they'll get a check out right away for the return. Month goes by so i call and he says they had a mishap with billings, and should see a check shortly. Another month goes by and i receive a bill! They messed up and double charged me. So i call and ask whats going on. Again im told someone in billing isnt doing their job right. So once again im told 2 weeks. Here it is first week of September and i still don't have my money from them, and i get no return phone calls anyone from their "main office" in Spirit Lake IA. I highly dont recommend them to anyone and will never do business with them again. They dont answer their phones, make false promises, and cant get their billing straight!"
"Salesman said the spreader would follow closely behind the trucks. It has been a month. No spreader. They wasted 2 weeks of good soil conditions and good litter conditions for spreading. The litter piles are full of tarp and plastic pieces and at least one beer bottle."
