"I loved a dress I tried on and bought for spring break from here. I tried it on in the the store, loved it, and bought it. On its first wear, out of nowhere the zipper broke. Worst part is, aside from the fact that I was in public when the zipper broke, I can’t even return it or get a refund for it."

I have never experienced someone who will openly belittle someone for a common issue that lies on the fault of the manager/owner of the franchise. you’re lucky to have the girls you do working there, and I hope you at least treat them well, because there are are plenty more opportunities for them to be treated fairly."

"Do not shop at this store. The employees are rude and their quality is horrible. Went to do a return and there was a colored dot on the tag of a dress and they would not return it. This is obviously something a customer cannot do just by wearing an item and I never even wore it. They will do anything to keep your money. Do not support a company like this. Please support other stores. You can get all of Pitaya’s clothing items off of Shein for much cheaper and they probably have nicer customer service."

"Clothes were cute but not made to fit anyone with the slightest curves. The pants were made of super thin and cheap feeling material. The larger size fit like a size small at any other store. I wear a size 6 and couldn’t get pants on above my knees. Not a very inclusive store unless you’re built like a mannequin."
