"I'd give a negative review if possible. A shipment was lost coming to me. I was not even there when it was said to be delivered, yet they say I signed for it. Package was not delivered. Called about reimbursement and was told the shipping customer had to make a claim. Shipping customer called and was told it was delivered and not much they would do to cover cost. Complete B.S. customer service!! Better off to ship USPS and rely on our government to do a better job, and we all know what a joke that is."

"I didn't use this service BUT seeing the way one of the drivers drove, almost causing an accident I wouldn't use it. To the driver that was driving truck 1870, red means stop. I tried calling but the number didn't work, you'd think even if they're closed they'd have a voice-mail set up"

"None of my packages were delivered by their "guaranteed" delivery date. The tracking information is not updated in a timely fashion. Their customer service is horrible. Spend the extra $2 on ups/fedex. I love supporting smaller businesses, and I was excited to support this one, but they have not earned it going forward."
