"Charged us $150 for "damage" that was actually done by their roadside assistance crew. I hate leaving negative reviews, but people should know that I have tried contacting the office by phone, email, and text, and I can't get anyone to respond."

"Great staff and easy to schedule reservations online. Just needed a cargo van for a few hours for two different moves during peak season and both reservations went smoothly and with no hiccups. Just take before and after pictures and check the dash and there should be no surprises."

"Reynolds and Nicolas were astronauts from planet awesome. They made my stressful day so much easier, funnier, sparkling, giggly, shining bright, and one might say downright best ever of all time. Those guys really run the shop. They mean business and I can really tell they make it their life’s mission to mean it well. If you’re reading this just know these guys will absolutely take care of you. They were not confused, they were sharp, sharp as knives that had just been sharpened. I was blown away by their smarts, really smart guys and did I mention nice and also handsome?? Oh, there was also a different guy who worked in the lot with the trailers and stuff but he gave me a weird vibe idk."

This was upsetting, but the staff communicated well and were incredibly friendly and patient given the amount of frustrated customers they'd had that day.
