"Carriers don’t work with this BLX broker, these people are cheaters, they are liars"

"Carriers please stay far away from this company as possible due to the fact that they do not like to pay for our services. I’ve reached out to every email they have on file in order to receive my payment and they have ghosted my company. BEWARE!!!"

"I originally booked a load with worldwide express which is a sister company to BLX. My factoring company did not approve of factoring worldwide so I invoice them directly. It's been 74 days of none payment for the amount of $391.00. 2 days ago I book with Blx not knowing they are part of worldwide. All transactions on this load was through email because Reece dosen't know how to answer the phone or feels as if dosen't need to. When I open the ratecon I noticed the are affiliated with worldwide as soon as i noticed i emailed him to let them know 1 there bond dropped them 2 they are not able to get factered. He replied in a nasty manner over a ratecon change that he originally sent me of $500 and at that point I then called again but yet no answer. Next day, the day of the pick everyone all of the sudden wants to find out about my whereabouts other then the broker Reece.. shame on you. At the end of the day, they made a claim on Carrier 411. This company is nasty, dosen't pay and definitely no communication. Poor customer service! We both have enough resources to get our point across and this definitely dosen't end here!"

"Should be shut down. Dan Lee, Senior Account Manager, provided a radioactive hazmat load to my carrier with no documentation of materials available at the shipper or the proper signage. Luckily I had my own placards to even take the load. No broker should be able to handle loads of this magnitude that they are unproperly equipped to tender safely. I hope the right people see this and shut them down. No driver should be exposed to these types of safety hazards over a few dollars. Will no recommend or Transport for again."
