"they used to come up onto the porch & put my packages by the door; now they dumped them on the front edge of the porch at the top of the steps, which makes it difficult for me to get to the door & into the house because I am disabled - either they are too lazy to bring them onto the porch to place by the door, in too big of a hurry to deliver, or have a large delivery area & not enough drivers so are pushed for time. No matter the reason, it's my opinion the customer pays for products/delivery fees to have items delivered to the door, not just dumped to be easier"
