"Too lazy to carry a washer/dryer to the second floor. Made an excuse that the handrail was in the way, I removed the handrail in 60 seconds while they stood there, then they left saying the hallway was too narrow. It's a standard hallway."

"GE appliances from Costco come from here, instead of Costco installers. Like many others, after multiple weeks, appointments, and phone calls, I have a dishwasher delivered, but not installed. Thankfully Costco was decent and refunded me for the installation."

"Tech they sent didn't know how to install a dishwasher. Took one look at the shutoff valve and didn't see any threading because the piping was PEX and the shutoff valve isn't where the supply line threading is. They took 17 days to deliver the first time when they said the supply line was wrong (it wasn't, threading is on the end of the PEX supply line not at the supply shutoff see photo). Canceled the installation and they quoted me another 21 days to just deliver and not install after. Had to refund the entire order through home depot and order a dishwasher from a different company."

"Awful. Brought me washer dryer refrigerator, and stove. Stove was not mine. Set the date for Saturday, then called to reset redelivery. Also did not have the correct fitting for stove hookup. Thank Goodness for that. It was the WRONG stove and Saturday, acted like it was a bother to bring me the CORRECT stove. Awful."
