They were clearly experienced, got furniture into my basement that “experts” swore wouldn’t even get through the doorway like it was nothing. Pricing is based on time so they could’ve milked it to hike it up but the speed with which two guys moved my entire life was wild. Tip your movers!! They’re doing the work you don’t want to."

"Please continue with this company if you love being lied to and extorted. First off, this is not our first time using them. We’ve had fantastic success in the past and this was our fifth time using. Yesterday was a nightmare. Some of Crew was extremely late, lazy, frequently denied requests, destroyed the home after a thorough cleaning, and eventually stopped working for several hours because of the intensity and tardiness of the situation. They claimed their manager was on the way and I had to beg them to continue to empty the house. They refused to remove shoes so I personally ran things up and down the stairs to hand to 4-5 guys standing around. (Eventually part of the crew realized this was not ok and began to help me). Manager arrived and made promises that we will not be charged for downtime, brought experienced crew to repack the trucks and make the move in 1 trip (they claimed we had more than they could do in one trip) manager left. Fast forward, crew didn’t finish until 9pm. My father asked to speak with manager to discuss and negotiate the downtime (by the way my father lied through his teeth and claimed the men were great even though half the crew messed around for a good amount the time) and the crew/manager? extorted my father. Told him to pay the 3500 bill or they would not remove their trucks from our driveway. Supposedly the manager was on the other line listening even though she never said a word. To take advantage of two older people, cause them stress beyond belief , and EXTORT THEM AFTER PROMISING TO STOP THE CLOCK AND THAT YOU WERE FINISHING THE JOB FOR FREE is completely unacceptable. Please, by all means continue with this company if you want your retiring parents to experience hell on earth. Well at least 20% of the time. Again, normally a fantastic experience - except for when it’s not. Attached photos of the “full truck”. 2 men and truck, my intent is not to harm your image. Please make this right so I can delete my review."
