"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH. I went in to setup a simple LLC for my first startup business. during the process I asked "so how much do I owe?" I was told, "oh we'll just send you a bill". I had figured after talking to others about their costs from setting up their LLC's it would be around 300 (which I was told by another company is on the Maximum end of cost). So I finally received my bill after over 6+ months and it was 1,000 dollars?! I was charged for a book that was 400 that I knew nothing about nor did I ask for, and I was setup as an "Inc." So they set me up for something totally different but was told "it's basically the same thing" Even though the billing lady told me that it's not.. Well your company told me it was!? The same service was only 150 from another very reputable business. This company is wanting me to give back the book, which I gladly will, and pay what I think is "fair" and they will cancel my Inc. they expect me to pay 300, which is absurd. If they're canceling and getting their book back I shouldn't be charged a dime for their mistakes. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere."

Charged over $1,100.00 for my personal taxes thinking he was going to strong arm me because many of my family members have been using him for years. Threatened to drop all my family members after unjustly charging.. He'll show you how to screw uncle Sam all while screwing customers he thought employers were paying for the tax service. Shame on you Darrah......"
