"Ordered the basket dish garden basket on their website for my mom for mother's day at 6:30 am on Friday to be delivered that day. 4:00 pm came and still no delivery. I called them and asked where my order was and the had no idea what I was talking about. I proceeded to tell them what I ordered, and they finally found it. It was like they didn't check their online orders. So she proceeded to tell me that it would be delivered in the morning and I said no that she won't be home tomorrow that's why I placed the order so early in the day to ensure same day delivery. She assured me that it would be delivered today, but offered no apology what so ever. Needless to say what arrived at my Mother's looks nothing like the picture of the order I placed. I love giving small business owners my business, that's why I chose them instead of FTD or another place. Sorry to say I don't believe I'll be using them again."
