"I received my hydraulic cylinder back from rebuild, they destroyed the crate in shipment, ram was scratched and unusable. ticket was noted as such . Will have to be sent back to be re chromed. The claims process was horrible, in the end the offered $50 for a repair that will cost 3000.00. Stay away for them. as to their reply that Estes wanted me to contact them and they would look into it, it was just lip service, nothing happened. and the sage continues, Estes just tried to deliver some HVAC equipment, with past experience I did a careful inspection, it was damaged. I refused and sent the shipment back. Estes, you will not get in my pocket again"
