"This was my first time shopping there. I had a gift certificate. The staff was friendly and courteous, but I would have liked more "space" to shop on my own so as not feel like they were on a commission or monitoring me for shoplifting potential. The hours sure don't accommodate working people. I think they would get more customers if the had an extra hour in the evening once or twice a week. There is nothing wrong with their products, but they are higher end than I normally buy. I also don't feel they needed my name at the checkout."
