"Hi small business owner here I’d like to thank your first off for ruining my shipping time I sell online and the website I use covers stuff like priority shipping when the customer orders something BUT YET you wrote a little note on one of the packages before dropping it off on my porch saying the label doesn’t cover priority shipping when it does I know it does because I’m looking at a package from another seller that’s a priority bubble mailer with the same kinda label maybe y’all don’t care but it actually affects my business or other small businesses SO DO BETTER and do your job like how everyone else has to"

"Regularly outs our mail in the wrong mailbox cost us $45 on time. Even put a prescription and credit cards in the wrong mailbox."

If a customer at business location chooses to take our broken mailbox, and kindly request to see if they can drop mail box at desk counter, postmaster simply said "it depends on mailman and he said it depends on postmaster." USPS delivery policy states deliveries are allowed on open counter. So basically I returned home saying on postmaster face that if delivery service have lazy people like you in it why dont ou guys quit your job non lazy people will do it."

"I will never do business with them again. My grandma was sending a package to Georgia for me and the woman working, took it upon herself, to change the zip code because she said it was wrong. The package never left Omaha because the zipcode did not match the city. This was in December. The package has yet to be located. My sons Christmas presents were in there. 300$+ is just gone."
