"Absolutely the worst experience I have received with taxes. Lack of communication and conversation while preparing taxes. Lady’s at the front are very rude. Failed to communicate I needed to pay with signing and had drove all the way out there not knowing."

"Fast and friendly but did not file my return correctly. I specifically asked for my refund to be direct deposited in writing and made sure they had the information needed to do so when I picked up my taxes. The lady at the front desk confirmed with me they had the information for my refund to be direct deposited. They then filed for my tax return to be mailed to me. Not happy at all about this, it has now effected not only my tax returns but receiving my stimulus in a timely manner as well. When calling to confirm that my refund was submitted to be mailed (I found out via IRS website that it had been mailed) rather then directly deposited as asked they said there was nothing they can do. I understand that process of my return had already been processed and nothing can be done there; but they could have offered some type of refund to me for their mistake."
