"Set the appointment, received a text to confirm appt. 2 days prior, entered Y to confirm, got a conformation text. Next day received a call asking for Jeff. Asked who it was and they said H&R Block and confirming a 9:00 Appt with my tax preparer. I told them my name and said I already confirmed my appt with said tax preparer. Got in on time on the date of my appt and 10 minutes later a women sort of barged in telling my preparer that her nine o'clock is there. I said, "that would be me". So as this was a scheduling mistake on their part, this woman kept taking my paperwork to make copies and was running back and forth in and out of the office. Needless to say, it was very confusing and taxes prep was in question and after a half hour, I was more or less ran out of the office because the other guy had been "waiting a half hour". they told me to come back tomorrow to pick up paperwork for me to take home for me and my wife to sign. Brought the paperwork back today to so that I could pick up my returns. I paid the fee and when I asked for my returns, they seemed to have lost them. After waiting ten minutes, I asked them if they could overnight them as I had to get back to work. They said they weren't sure they could do that and I would have to come back in a fourth time. Paid $345.00 and no returns. Gave two stars as I have had good service over the last five tax seasons and it is not the fault of my preparer. Had this been my first time, I probably wouldn't go back."

"Absolutely not worth it at all. Had to call in because our forms had incorrect information on them to get them changed after noticing mispellings and wrong numbers. Had to pay H&R hundreds of dollars to do a quality check on their work. DO NOT GO HERE!!!"
