I had to wait 20 minutes for my appointment, in part because the person who was doing my taxes took a phone call that came in while she was with the client ahead of me. A monkey could fill out boxes on a screen, hand you a big fat bill, then ignore you when the IRS comes after you for even more money. Makes me sick that I was taken in by these so called Tax Masters. Learn from my mistake. Run. Throw your money down the nearest rat hole. You'll be much better off."
