"I’m not sure her name but I think it was Kailynn, she was new but together we got it done. She had patience, and was helpful dispute my last minute drop in. I was supposed to just drop off my w2, but we both had time so decided to just go a head and file. Also, I got a text the next day saying my taxes were done and I should be getting my tax advance in the next 3-5 business day, I actually got the deposit the next hour. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. How ever, we both th had questions about some of the questions while filing she wasn’t able to get anyone to answer her questions. She didn’t have much training but did her best.
