"They reorder from Hy-Vee! I wanted to support small and local business and they ordered them from Hy-Vee AND were very rude on the phone. I was trying to help give directions on where to leave it as this person was trying to tell me they would leave it by the front door. I told them they can't leave it at the front door because my mom has a fence and two dogs. The person then replied and said you are trying to micromanage this. I said hold on. I'm not trying to micromanage this. I'm trying to help you do your job better. Then when the flowers arrived they arrived in a Hy-Vee van and with a Hy-Vee card. This is exactly what I was trying to avoid. I didn't want Hy-Vee flowers. The flowers looked terrible and half looked dead. I would not recommend this business as it's not even a real business. I'll add photos later but lying to clients and they are rude. Do not use the this business."

"If this was a local company then why did the card have hy-vee on it. If I wanted hy-vee flowers I would have called Hy-Vee."

"Very professional! I loved the greeting when you call. I called 5 other flower shops and no one wants to work in the mornings I guess because no one answered any of them. This place did and they couldnt have been nicer. They assured me my order would be delivered and it would magnificent. Loved this place. I highly recommend."
