"Bob called me 5 minutes before I arrived to try to talk me out of coming in. I had to amend my returns. Bob was very rude and condescending the whole time. He kept talking about prices as a way to deter me out of meeting with him. I met with another representative and took care of the amendment. It would have been taken care of if Bob was a decent human being. I hope that no one ever works with Bob ever. He is rude, condescending, and unprofessional."
