"I've been filing with H&R block for 3 years now, and I'm always satisfied with the results. This year I went in the office to have a tax pro file for me, since I had more paperwork this year and a few questions about it. My pro was amazing and so kind. He explained things to me very simply to where I can refile online again by myself with confidence. The only thing I would say it's a little pricey having a tax pro file for you if you don't have much paperwork to begin with, but other than that the info I received was nice!"

"Would give 0 stars if possible. Last year booked through online and somehow they didn’t have the appointment when we showed up. Then this year they contacted me to make an appointment. Then we show up, the door was locked and they claimed to have tried to contact us all week but couldn’t get a hold of me. But they could get ahold of me to schedule. Run away and go somewhere that has any idea how to run a business. If they can’t run a schedule I am sure they can’t accurately do taxes. What a joke"

"Marie Adkisson, my tax specialist, did an excellent job explaining what everything was and why it was important. On top of that, she was the only one in the office, so while taking 3 incoming phone calls, she still helped me! She maintained her professionalism and handled it all very well. I’d recommend her to anyone who is looking for a tax specialist!"
