"The lady at the front desk today was so rude! First she was on the phone with someone taking to them like they are stupid, and kept rolling her eyes. She then kept complaing that she hasn’t had time for anything. She would not let me finish my question before just assuming what I’m saying. She also just kept rolling her eyes at me. Even after repeating myself because she wasn’t listening she still kept interrupting me and not letting me ask my question after rolling her eyes again. Won’t be back I’m sure I can find another service that I won’t be treated so poorly."

"They used to be quick friendly and accurate past review. Now kind of shady. Set an appointment in advanced for taxes. Received a text 50 minutes before our appointment with a link to upload forms. We were out for dinner so couldn’t. When we got there they said they could do anything because we didn’t upload our documents ahead of time. Mother in-law just had hers done there and didn’t have to. Whatever happened to good customer service?"
