"Great customer service, I called and was given an appointment the same day. Lots of free parking space, by the Des Moines airport but less or no traffic. They offer free coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and water. The employees there at this location are always very courteous and extremely helpful. The tax professionals or advisors are very knowledgeable and more than willing to conduct on the spot research for additional information. They always cross check their work and provide answers to my questions. The only concern I have is the filing fees could be a bit less expensive or they should offer their long term customers, some discounted prices. I have been with H&R Block for over 16 years and had filed my taxes at Fleur Dr. Des Moines location for 6 years."
