"My experience here was one of the worst that I've ever had for filing my taxes. I had to go to the location 3 times: first to drop off my documents, second so they could actually be submitted, and the third because they forgot to charge me before leaving. My returns were submitted incorrectly, forcing me to make an additional payment to the IRS since they refused to fix their filing error. The service was more expensive than any other that I've used for the exact same filing software and untrained personnel. After paying more for the service than I owed in taxes, the end result was virtually the same as if I did not file my taxes at all. For all of this I was offered a 25$ discount against the 345$ I was charged for their comically poor service."

"My tax person is great but I tried to submit my taxes online myself this year and sent it to the tax specialist anyway, ended up being charged just under 500 dollars when I should have only paid about 120 for the service. Good luck getting a refund or ahold of the corporate office for help."

"Because when I first filed my taxes he never mentioned until the very end that unemployment had to send out a new form he could have said that in the beginning.. I feel as if he tricked me into doing my taxes because he also mentioned that he was waiting on his unemployment form so he knew before he started my taxes that I was going to have to wait... so I had to make it two trips clear across town when he could have simply told me that in the beginning..."

"You make an appointment to be helped at 7pm you expect to be helped at 7pm. We came with our 10 month old daughter which is why we made the appointment. We waited 30mins for service and ended up just walking out. Terrible service. This place reeks of cigarette smoke too. Not a good place for young children."
