"ZERO STARS!!!!I have tried for over a year to get my fathers taxes completed after his death in 2021. the IRS needed more information. So i called and only spoke to someone once only to have them not return my phone call. I sent letters with information that was needed and still no reply. Today i had an apt which is the second apt I've made to resolve this only to not have anyone show up. the store front was locked , lights were off. The sign says they are open but no one is ever there. DO NOT go here."
