"Terrible. Went in for services Feb 02nd 2024. They purposely overcharged me $631.00 for Married filing jointly with a simple Schedule C for my small business. I still have not received my monies back ($631.00) for services they did not provide. Went in on February 08th 2024 to see another tax pro (supposedly) to do what the first guy was unable to do only to get more of the same. Un-professionalism and services paid for in full that I did not receive. Had to go elsewhere to get my taxes done. Talked with the manager of this location 1 time and he said I would be getting my monies refunded via US MAIL. Called this office several times and I have not got a return call in response to monies owed me which should have been charges reversed. My credit card company is monitoring this situation pending me receiving this blatantly late refund. Don't go to this place. They would have got a negative score if it was possible. A 0 ZERO IS TOO GOOD OF A SCORE."

"Imagine getting your taxes done by someone who’s cool, fun AND good at what they do; you can have it alllllllll IF you go here and see our friend Kathy. This is my 8th year I think having taxes done by H&R Block, it’s simple, easy and it works. But this is my second year with Kathy and man does she know how to get it done. She ended up working everything she could to get my wife and I both the max refund possible and it’s the best/biggest return we have ever had, it’s almost hard to believe it worked out the way it did. She knows her stuff very well and will do what needs to be done to get the job done right. I want my tax professional to be good with numbers and also willing to throw down with a certain three letter agency and I get the vibes Kathy is the one you’d want on your side in that scenario. Go to Kathy, and get paid; simple. Kathy, thanks for being so great. You make something as stressful as taxes fun. we’ll see you next year for our annual get together"

"Updated review: I called the tax after what I noticed what I thought was an error on my return. She explained to me that instead of filing me as head of household she filed me as a qualifying window since I was still eligible. Which is fine but I wasn't aware. So what I thought was an error on my return was really a breakdown in communication between me and my tax pro. I will be updating from 1 star to 3 for this reason. I used casey harney to do my taxes. They federal return was rejected and has been showing rejected on hnr blocks website since. The tax pro assured me afterwards that my return was accepted. When I type in my information on the IRS website it says information does not match. When preparing my taxes we determined I would be filing as head of household since it's been three years since my late husband passed and I no longer would qualify for surviving spouse. I looked over the return and lo and behold she filed me as survivig spouse. No wonder it was rejected. Make sure your tax pro is in fact a pro"
