"Seats were comfortable, movie experience was great. Concession line was long and moved so slow, so definitely use the order ahead option. Though I did use that and it wasn't ready at the time it said it would. They didn't seem aware of my order ahead order until I was standing at the pick up area."
"Nice theater, comfortable seats. Of course, concessions are pricey. But the parking, terrible. The spaces seem small and today people didn't seem to know to park inside the lines."
"Lines are extremely long with not enough employees working ticketing. Theater doesn't have hours listed and wasn't open 15 minutes before a 11:55 am showing. Never had anything but a 1 star experience at this theater. Go to North Grand instead or literally anywhere else"
"This is a nice theater. It has been redone so the seats are recliners and rather comfortable. I recently attended a matinee and the staff were super slow at scooping popcorn and checking people out. If you are planning on buying snacks arrive early."
"Giving 3 star because the actual movie experience is good. Ticket prices are reasonable as well and the reclining seats are good. However, the employees seem like they don’t know what they’re doing or care. Had no souvenir buckets for the Hunger Games movie left and when we asked about it they had no idea it seemed like. Popcorn is okay but overpriced. Also the 30 minutes of previews isn’t appreciated. A 2 1/2 movie turned into being at the theater for 4 hours, movie was 1:25 but didn’t actually start until 1:55. Recommend not showing up early as you will have to wait an extra hour with the previews."
