"I specifically went in to H&R Block because I had earned money through my social media account as self employed. I wanted help figuring out what deductions are eligible and what steps I need to take to help my tax situation. The tax lady didn't know what to do with my social media income and guessed on what to deduct. She was NOT knowledgeable at all. On top of that I had to pay $348 AND I owe a lot this year. I made a social media video about my experience and everyone recommended trying a different tax preparing company due to all the issues with yours. I feel like this tax lady was not helpful and should not be in that position. She was rude about the fact that I make money off social media accounts. She gave judging facial expressions as well. I also wasn't told how much it would cost until the end. I believe she missed several deductions and after having a second tax professional look over I will be amending my 2020 taxes."
