H&R Block

"This was my first year not using turbo tax since I got married and my wife wanted to use H&R block. We had to wait about 45 minutes for our meeting because the agent was having computer issues. Once we were told everything was filed and done we get an email about a week later from the agent that something needs our attention. We email back and get a reply that our agent is out of town. We called and asked the receptionist if another agent could help and she said no and was extremely rude to us."

"I would rate a zero if i could. Tax preparer messed up after i triple checked asking them about a form. They were adamant they were correct. IRS said my taxes were filed wrong i received less than $2300 less than what i was quoted. I called to speak to manager and was never called back. Receptionist reported tax preparer was given feedback and they won’t do it again. Manager never called . Filed case and no one has called me from corporate when i was told they would in 48 hours All i wanted was to speak to manager, now i want full difference they messed up. Don’t use them ever"
