"I had to stay one extra day in order to move into my new apartment because I couldn't get possession of it until the first in what world did somebody charge you $75 for staying one extra day in an apartment in my book it should have been about $17 I had a garage my rent with 525 with the garage so one day at 31 days or 30 days should be about $17 they took 75 they stole from me that's what I got to say about creekside the blinds were broken when I moved in and I tossed one way that wouldn't stay together they charged me for that they have holes in the carpeting that they put in just before I moved in Holes and when I moved out they charged me $75 $70 excuse me for cleaning that holy carpet they had stains in it when I moved in never once was I late on my rent they tossed me out one instance me and several neighbors were sitting outside on it afternoon and we got a complaint because we were too loud I was the only one that got the complaint the rest of the neighbors that were there didn't get any excuse me one dead two of us got them out of seven or eight people and the person that complained I had an argument with later and I was asked to leave so I was gone in less than a month good riddance Jay-Z properties with pretty scummy to me I wouldn't recommend living there and the maintenance and upkeep on the place are terrible I put one star on the rating just to get this to come up but I wouldn't even give him one star"
