"Properties here are nice. Management company great at choosing responsible and diverse neighbors. Upkeep is spectacular and neighborhoods are typically quiet. Clubhouse is an added bonus to host events. The gym and kid's park are a bit outdated, but I don't go there anyway. This neighborhood is good for families/elderly who prefer quiet."

"My family lived in two different units at Mane Gate for about five years and had an excellent experience. Maintenance issues (which were infrequent) were addressed promptly. The complex was quiet and well run. Problems with other tenants were quickly addressed. Loud music, drug use, etc. was not tolerated. The units we lived in were both 3-bedroom and 2-bedroom. Both were very comfortable had newer appliances. The clubhouse was a great place for family gatherings. Office staff were always very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend AM Management properties."

"Don't expect to get your deposit back. We had normal wear and tear on the cheap carpet they had in it and gave them 5 years of rent and they want to deduct carpet replacement. I also scrub like no ones business getting that placed clean and followed everything they had on the list to clean to be charge a cleaning fee. Getting $59 back from my whole deposit and 5 years rent given to them is a complete slap in the face."

"Two of my friends live here and these are nice 1 bedroom apartments. The kitchen is small and has a semi open concept but it is workable. The living space is big enough for two couches or a small sectional. And there's a dining area. The bathroom is a good size and so is the bedroom. A queen been fits perfectly. The closet is big and walking so that's a plus. The apartments are not upgraded so you will not find luxury here. I'm not sure how management is but my friends haven't complained. I would be willing to live there tho."
