"I highly recommend The Nest. We did a lot of research prior to selecting it. While it is expensive, you can’t beat the location; it’s in the heart of downtown and only a five minute walk to the main quad! In addition, you get a brand new furnished apartment, in-room laundry, and roommates get separate leases. Those things are not easy to find in Iowa City! The other huge perk of The Nest is their property manager, Shelby. I had a lot of questions prior to signing the lease, and even after. Shelby provides amazing customer service! She is kind, patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and very responsive. She can’t be beat!"

"The Nest has given an amazing experience out of it’s first year on campus. There was a lot of unknowns and hurdles with renting with a brand new building, and Shelby (along with the rest of the staff) were incredible with everything that popped up. With the management team, I think the Nest will only get better from here on out. Every question and maintenance request was promptly answered no matter the time. The entire staff really show they care about the building and the tenants, know you by name, and will always greet you with a smile when they see you. There’s also a ton of fun community events that they put a lot of effort into, with food and giveaways, making the community a tight knit family like group. Thank you Shelby and all of the staff for a fantastic leasing year!"
