"Tax pro software made a mistake on our return ending up with us owing even more $$. When trying to rectify the mistake with H and R, communication was AWFUL! Went on for months with several people saying we shouldn’t have to pay since it was their mistake- never really got an answer about our status but got a bill from IRS and paid it- still unsure what our status is- never really talked to people in charge and had to tell our situation to several different people to even get anyone to look at our case- will not work with them again! It saddens me as we’ve went to H and R in Mn for 20 years with great communication and customer service!"

"Very rude upper management at the Gordan Drive location, in disbelief at the customer service provide when I dropped my items off. I could tell the lady was new upfront but the lady (employee) helping her out was the rude one and telling people person business about other employees, and tried to get us to change who was going to do our taxes, I personally feel like they are discriminating against someone who has been there for 18 years... if the veteran doesn't return next year either will we, I have been a customer for over 20 years! Very disappointed with the upper management this year, if they come back next year we more than likely will not return unless there is a complete attitude change and our person is there!"
