As someone who works as a customer service representative myself I can tell that the associates here know what they are doing. They called me by name throughout the entire time I was there and asked me how everything was fitting while I was trying on clothes. I would definitely come back to this location."

"My friend and I drove from out of town to have a girls' day. We went into several stores early on a Monday. We were usually the only customers in the store, and several of the stores' associates did not help us with anything. When we walked into Maurices, however, we were greeted by two very nice, sincere, and helpful associates. They helped us look around and even put outfits together in a dressing room for us. They gave positive feedback and got different sizes as necessary. I was kind of having a bummer of a day until they made us feel very special. My friend and I both spent a significant amount of money. I almost want to walk back into one of the other stores and throw it in their faces, Pretty Woman style.
