"Nice apartment, conveniently located, friendly management. Unfortunately the apartment has alot of downfalls you should know. 1. Snow removal is weak 2. No cameras in mail rooms so your likely to have package stolen (had a 200 dollar car part stolen here) 3. Cockroaches 4. Airleaks through patio door which drives up your heating bill and allows bugs into your apartment 5. Jacuzzi never worked and pool was nasty still water with no active filter 6. College kids shot me and my car with airsoft guns 7. Pungent weed smell These things can be fixed and I hope they do. Keep in mind my experience is from 2020-2023 so thing may have changed."

"I have been renting at Tradition Apartments since fall of 2017 and have found many positive reasons to stay over the years. The staff for management and maintenance are friendly and easy to work with, as well as prompt with addressing any issues that may arise. The location is excellent as it is tucked back away against trees and green spaces, with easy access to Oralabor. There are lots of beautiful trails nearby to walk or go for a run. The buildings themselves have thin walls and cheaper finishes, but look nice overall. It is a little noisy at times with the large number of college-aged tenants living active lifestyles late into the night, but any serious issues will be addressed by management, and for the most part it is peaceful. I would recommend these units as they are very well priced for all that you receive, and I have enjoyed my time here."

"If you move here, be careful of unapproved charges being taken out of your account. Management here is not put together very well and whoever runs the books should double check it a little more. My lease was up at the end of July and they took rent out of my account for August and when I contacted them, they told me there was nothing they could do about it then because the owner was out of town. We had to threaten legal action in order to get that money back. Not professional whatsoever. When I got my deposit back with the statement saying what they took out, they tried taking $50 from me saying I owed a balance. I called them and questioned them because 1) I knew I didn’t owe a balance and 2) They never notified me if I did. Turned out, I didn’t owe anything but they tried to scam me yet again. They also took the wrong amount out of direct payment and told me it was my fault and tried telling me I owed them late fees. After having a talk with the owner, they found it was their error. Just all around not a very good well kept up to date book keeping so be careful so you don’t get scammed. The apartment itself was nice and the pool was clean, management and their professionalism was the weak link on why I chose not to renew my lease."

"It’s not a terrible place to live. Washer and dryer in each unit, private balcony, and secured entry are great. Maintenance is kind of hit or miss. Sometimes we will have someone out the same day/next day and other times a week will go by and we have to call and see what’s going on, usually the gal in the office has no idea what’s going on. They also lost our information about our pet and threatened us with a lease violation 3 times in one year (each time pest control comes and sprays in the apartment) and I had to talk to them 3 times and fill out 3 pet applications. They apologized and after the 3rd time it didn’t happen again. The buildings are nice looking but you can hear everything that’s going on in the next apartment. They also don’t enforce the rule that you have to pick up after your dog when they go to the bathroom so walking the dog at the apartment is kind of annoying because you have to dodge piles of poop. Based on our experience living here for 2.5 years I think these apartments are ok but overpriced for what your day-to-day living is like. You’re definitely paying for location and not “luxury” living."

"Lived here in a brand new two bedroom for 4 years. Management is super friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Maintenance was always quick and helpful for both big things and little things. Nice apartments that are quite, well built and equipped. They do have one building that takes pets as well. Highly recommend!"
