"Enforce the parking rules at the rental properties at Gladr Dr Sw in Altoona. The new rental tenants believe they can park in the private street 24/7. This is unacceptable. The house number 1936! The private drive is dark and when driving through the complex, it makes it very dangerous to come around the corner in the street and the tenants have their cars parked in the street. It can also make it difficult for emergency vehicles to come through the complex. The cars should be parked in their garage or in the driveway at all times."
