"Worked with Wendy through the application process. Tried reaching her via telephone to no avail. My credit didn’t qualify me - was willing to pay an additional deposit in lieu of a co-signer and she completely ghosted me. Initial deposit was 5k and I was offering double. Wouldn’t be surprised if it wasn’t racially motivated"

"Worst company I have experienced in my 61 years of life. To put into context, their employee Matthew Gibson, freely made derogatory comments about a home owner for being “An entitled white Waukee Karen.” I have never heard anything positive from others in our community when Goodall is brought up and it’s a shame they continue to try to take advantage of beautiful Waukee. You want a real review, go read Yelp. Or better yet, go ask around and enjoy the horror stories."

"If I could give this company zero stars I would. Not a single interaction with them was simple. From signing the lease to getting my deposit back they were terrible. It took them over a month to send the deposit back. They “forgot” to send the check. How? They would schedule house checks and never show. Even when we had the house checks rescheduled they never came. Simply put, avoid Goodall Properties if you can."
