"We are delighted about living here for past 3 months. Even during winter storm, when there was a lot of chaos going around, management here ensured basic cleaning was done promptly. Nice trails, friendly neighbors, good view of Centennial park and near by public safety makes it one of the good communities around. Office people and service technicians are very friendly and responsive for your issues. I rate 5 stars."

The neighbors are nice, grounds are nicely kept, pool area and common facilities are well maintained, and the management and maintenance teams have worked hard to resolve any issues we had with the unit from prior tenants. "We looked at many townhouse communities before moving to this area. Centennial Crossing is by far the cleanest facility we toured over a year ago. The community manager, Jessica, is great to work with for any type of request! Maintenance requests are promptly completed by Zach, who is great at troubleshooting! The neighbors are very friendly and the location is quiet. We recently had a few neighbors over for a cookout and loved getting to know everyone! The close proximity to many places for recreation, dining and shopping is wonderful! There are so many great places to walk and we always feel safe. Also, the outdoor pool is awesome! The recent pool party to kick off the summer season was fun! We are thoroughly enjoying the Centennial Crossing experience and just renewed our lease. We are loving this place we call home!"
