"We scheduled an appt with James originally for 2/26 and was called to reschedule later with him, which we did for 3/1. When we arrived we were lied to and told they tried calling us 3 times to reschedule because James was again not available. We were then pawned off to some agent in her first year that was unsure of what she was doing and needed help by calling another location. We don't have super complex taxes but were still charged about 30% of our total refund. We will not be returning."
