Villa Vinee Apartments

"I have lived at these apartments for three years now and I will say that this area is nice because it is close to a lot but I would advise looking into a different complex when looking .he maintenance is great they are always around fixing things and cleaning things up but they are also always around fixing things and in the way and making tons of noise and taking up parking spots. The office workers are never available and never really help out in any ways they never answer the phones and deflect a lot of problems that come up back onto yourself. There is no cameras anywhere in the parking lots and cars get broken into all of the time. It is a fine price for what you get but I would recommend looking elsewhere for your next apartment."

"I have had the pleasure of living at the Villa Vinee apartments for a year now. There’s so much that can be said about their costumer service and hospitality. I’ll leave it with an obvious 5 star and would like to boast about their quick response time to issues, fast and complete repairs when it comes to maintenance, as well as their spectacular communication with the things that are going on around the complex. They let you know when construction is about to commence and also, they offer free coffee on some Saturdays! Overall I would definitely rent from this complex again and would highly recommend it to any and everyone looking for an affordable, clean, and friendly living community."

"Maintenance will shut your water off all day without warning so that when you go to take a shower for work, you are screwed. They will disconnect the washer and dryer without warning and not reattach it so when you put money in it, it gets wasted. The walls are covered in a paint that you cannot clean, the paint comes off of the walls when you wipe them same with the cabinets. Rent keeps going up quality keeps going down."

"I enjoyed Villa Vinee for most of the parts! Their apartments are quite outdated, and not so clean, windows and balconies aren’t isolated properly- and even though I mostly received good communication from the management, some things weren’t just as nice. My previous rental history was excellent, yet, I was threatened to be evicted for receiving mail from the previous tenants… shouldn’t this be investigated before? Also, even though my apartment was left spotless, their disclosure of repair fees was just outrageous and made me feel unwelcome once more. Yet, for the price, you’d enjoy their cozy neighborhood in a perfect location!"

"Living at Villa Vinee for over a year and a half was great! My neighbors were really nice and welcoming. Lauren, who is the leasing agent, has been super helpful, and very quick to respond to any maintenance needs I requested- The maintenance crew is amazing! I would recommend anyone looking for a nice space, great location, and of course having a pool to join Villa Vinee."
